Barrington Chase Property Owner's dues were $100.00 for 2023-2024. The dues of $100.00 for July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 were finalized during the yearly meeting. Make payment to Barrington Chase POA and mail to P.O. Box 141, Hiram, GA 30141.

NEW PAVING:  Signage for new paving work was installed on August 29, 2024.  Physical operation, including milling, patching and asphalt paving of the entire subdivision is expected to begin on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.  The duration should be 5 to 7 days pending weather and extent of road repair.  Rain or serious threat of rain will extend the timeline.  All neighbors should cooperate with paving company's direction and their signs.  Everyone should be patient during this process, because this benefits us all.

A special assessment may be considered for upcoming work needed in the neighborhood.  A special meeting will be called for this purpose.
